Health and Wellbeing Coaching

I provide personalised 1:1 and group health and wellbeing coaching to support you and your goals. This could include managing menopausal symptoms, improving your energy levels, weight loss, feeling less stressed or just to feel better! I have a range of clients, many of whom are women who either want to support their HRT or are looking for alternative ways to support their midlife health and wellbeing.

1:1 Coaching offers you a safe nurturing space to have powerful conversations to identify your goals and reflect on your life, needs and wants. We will also explore a range of factors including mindset, sleep, nutrition, movement, relationships, stress and work.

I work with you using a 4-step approach which puts YOU in the driving seat, supporting you to find solutions and create new habits that work for you.

The 4 Step approach:

  • Identify your personal health vision and wellbeing goals
  • Review your current reality, building self-awareness to recognise your patterns, triggers and behaviours that are keeping you stuck
  • Identify barriers and explore ways to develop new habits, identifying small simple manageable steps that will have a big impact on your health and wellbeing, and
  • Create your own personalised toolkit and action plan, empowering you to take control of your wellbeing and reach your goals. This could include changes in mindset, movement, nutrition, sleep, relaxation, breathing practices and other acts of self-care.
